Mr. Valenzuela

Civics Homework – Apr 23

This week Mr. V will not be in class because I will be chaperoning the Senior Class trip to Europe to study about the Holocaust during World War II. This is a trip that you can look forward to when YOU are Seniors! Students are responsible for completing ALL work that I have left for you. I trust you to do the right thing, both for your sake, and for your classmates’.

Today in class, students compared and contrasted the juvenile criminal justice system from the adult criminal justice system by completing Cornell Notes.

Homework - p. 48 -   Write a letter to a friend (real or imaginary) who is participating in criminal activity, explaining what will happen if they get arrested based on what you learned in class today. (10 sentences!)
